It is important for us to make our policies clear to avoid any confusion, please read them.

Requirements to rent a car

• Current driver’s license.
• Valid official identification (INE or Passport).
• Credit, debit or cash card.

Rates include

• Collision insurance (CDW).
• Theft insurance (TP).
• Civil liability insurance (PLI).
• Medical expenses (PAI).
• Free mileage.

Minimum age

18 years is the minimum age to rent a vehicle with us.

Deposits in guarantee

There are different amounts of guarantee deposit depending on the type of vehicle, below the table.

Grace periods

The rental period is per day, that is, 24 hours a day is the minimum rental period. When you return the vehicle you have 59 minutes of grace at no cost based on your agreed return time, at minute 60 you will be charged 1 extra hour and in the second extra hour you will be charged for the full day.

Pick Up and Drop Off to the Airport

We do not make deliveries or returns at the Cancun Airport, however we will be waiting to pick you up as soon as you land to transport you free of charge to our office which is 8 minutes away, where we will deliver your vehicle. In the same way with the return (Drop Off), we receive the vehicle at our offices and transfer you free of charge to the Airport so that you can take your flight without setbacks.

Payments

We accept credit card, debit card and cash. All transactions are made in Mexican pesos.

In case of prepayment, you must bring the voucher at hand to validate it.

Refunds and cancellations

Reservations are subject to the rental policy. Failure to comply with them means the non-refund of the reservation or advance payment.

You can cancel a reservation with 72 hrs. in advance without any penalty.

Reservations canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged for the total rent as a penalty.
